Copson Holding's Crown Group has
commenced construction of a multi-tenancy Restaurant Pavilion on Takapuna
Beach.
What was once an 'ugly' car park
will be transformed into a dining hub that encompasses restaurant and cafe
tenancies and walkways connecting Hurstmere shopping to Takapuna
beach swimming.
The
project is expected to be completed by the end of February 2015.
