Copson Holdings has taken a stake
in Insurer, Provident Insurance Corporation Limited.
Commenting
on the investment John Copson stated “it was great to support some
of the founding team of Autosure New Zealand.”
Copson
founded the Autosure New Zealand business in 1986 and subsequently sold the
business to Vero Insurance in 2004.
Provident will be headed by
Stephen Owens, a former General Manager of Autosure New Zealand and the
head office is based in the Crown
Centre in Takapuna Beach, Auckland.
