The community is set to benefit from a
Copson Holdings proposal to gift approximately 8000 square meters of central Birkenhead land to
the Auckland Council.
In a statement Copson Group spokesperson Chris Arbuckle said "this will be a great asset
for the community and will assist in ensuring that the remaining bush land in central Birkenhead is maintained."
