Viscount Investment Corporation Limited, part
of Copson Holding's Crown Group, has secured a 4.3 hectare site at Hobsonville Point in
North West Auckland.
The site is earmarked
for development into a town centre providing retail and office accommodation as
well as residential dwellings.
